About Us

Lawson Air Conditioning is a family owned and run business, established under Lawson Refrigeration and Sheetmetal which started in 1982 in Caloundra. The Brisbane arm of Lawson Air Conditioning was opened in 1998 by Dominic Lawson.

Our business is based on Christian principles and we pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and honest advice. We have had great success in Brisbane growing each year largely from referrals and a growing base of loyal customers. We currently have seven staff and are based at Mackenzie just off the Gateway Motorway on Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road.

Lawson Air Conditioning services over 70 commercial buildings for regular programmed maintenance including The Manhattan, Metropolis and New Yorker Apartments on Ann Street and the Riviera Apartments at South Brisbane. We also service St Andrews Place Medical Centre at Spring Hill, which consists of ninety–three air conditioning units and two cooling towers as well as Toowong Terraces office complex. We take pride in maintaining Brisbane’s largest hotel, The Sebel and Citigate Hotels King George Square with over 400 rooms. Other customers include the chain of Allsports Physiotherapy practices throughout Brisbane and the Hope Island Resort Facility Management.

When it comes to new homes, Lawson Air Conditioning installs into new houses for a number of builders including Impact Homes, Vogue Homes and RAM Constructions.

Lawson Air Conditioning is an authorised dealership for Daikin Australia and LG Electronics.
