Choose Carefully
We strongly urge our customers to please choose carefully and place your order only when you are completely ready. Ensure you have a professional correctly size your unit prior to ordering. Please phone us for advice in sizing your unit if required.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time prior to despatch of the goods. For credit card transactions, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged. For all other transactions, a 2.5% administration fee will be incurred.
Returns
New, unopened items may be returned within seven days after they have been delivered to you, subject to the discretion of the relevant manufacturer (eg. Daikin, LG Electronics). Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Any freight costs to return goods will be the customer's responsibility. Returns will also incur a 10% restocking charge.
