If your air conditioning system is not working the way it used to, or perhaps not working it all, you may need a diagnostic callout or repair. Firstly, check to see if your system is still within the warranty period. If so, call the installation company and determine if the fault is covered under the conditions of the unit manufacturer.
If not, for Brisbane customers, we would be happy to arrange a call out and diagnose the problem for you. But first of all you might like to try the following simple checks and save yourself some time and money.
- Are the filters clean
- Is the unit set to the correct mode
- Is anything blocking the airflow on either the indoor or outdoor units
- Is the tempersture setting appropriate
- Are windows and doors closed
- Change the batteries in the remote even if the display is visable
