Delivery Policy

Delivery Without Delay

We aim to deliver all stocked products within 2-4 business days of payment processing (depending on delivery location and the time of order). This estimated delivery time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, National, Queensland and the destination State Public holidays.

Lawson Air Conditioning makes every effort to ship each order strictly as per estimated delivery times provided, however, ship times may change due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. Check Your goods

Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver your Product(s) to the address as indicated on your Order Confirmation. The manufacturer's agent requires that someone is in attendance at the delivery address during business hours to sign for the goods. For your convenience, and to save double delivery fees, we recommend using a business delivery address. No goods will be left without a signature. Please check all items thoroughly before signing for them. If the goods are damaged, do not accept delivery. Once the item is signed for, Lawson Air Conditioning will hold no responsibility. You will be the sole owner of the product after its delivery and will be solely responsible for any loss to the Product.

In the event of failed delivery attempts, it is the customer's responsibility to make contact with the freight carrier in response to any attempted delivery cards left and organise for a suitable day and time for successful delivery.

In the unlikely event that the parcel is returned to sender, the parcel will not be re-dispatched until extra delivery costs have been paid by the customer to resend the parcel again.
